Cars in the Park 2024 Booking Applications

Our online booking application system will open on 1 January 2024 and all entries are dealt with on a first come first serve basis. Car Club spaces in particular are always over subscribed so please apply as soon as you are able to and then make your payment to secure your space!

There are four types of booking forms to use - Car Clubs; Single Entries; Stallholders and Campers. Please select from the choices below and complete all details requested.

Single Entries can now book in advance but you can also just arrive on the day (before 11.00am) and will be directed by our marshals on arrival at the park.

If you are a Car Club and would like to book a space for your club (minimum of 5 cars - maximum of 30 cars) at a cost of £5 per vehicle per day please click on the blue link and complete the form with all details requested.

We will then review your application and send you a booking confirmation followed by an invoice for you to pay online which will secure your space.

If you are would like to book a space in advance as a Single Entry at a cost of £10 per vehicle for BOTH days or £10 per vehicle for SUNDAY only please click on the red link and complete the form with all details requested. 

We will then process your application and send you an invoice for you to pay online which will secure your space.

If you would a stall at Cars in the Park please click on the orange link and complete the form specifying whether you would like a general stall, auto jumble stall or a charity stall. Charities will need to supply their registered charity number. The price quoted covers both Saturday and Sunday.
