Cars in the Park 2026 Booking Applications

Our online booking application system will open on 1 January 2026 and all entries are dealt with on a first come first serve basis. Car Club spaces in particular are always over subscribed so please apply as soon as you are able to and then make your payment to secure your space!

There are four types of booking forms to use - Car Clubs; Single Entries; Stallholders and Campers. Please select from the choices below and complete all details requested.

Single Entries can now book in advance but you can also just arrive on the day (before 11.00am) and will be directed by our marshals on arrival at the park.

Car clubs booking is different this year - you are invited to apply for a pitch based on size (selecting from a choice of standard pitch sizes) rather than book based on a number of cars.  With cars varying in size, clubs having different preferences in terms of configuration and spacing between cars and also requirements such as space for gazebos we decided that offering a range of pitch sizes would be clearer for cars clubs and our volunteer organisers. Once we receive your application we will review it and send you a booking confirmation followed by an invoice for you to pay online which will secure your space.

If you are would like to book a space in advance as a Single Entry at a cost of £15 per vehicle for the weekend or £10 per vehicle per day if not pre-booked. Please click on the red link and complete the form with all details requested.

If you would a stall at Cars in the Park please click on the orange link and complete the form specifying whether you would like a general stall, auto jumble stall or a charity stall. Charities will need to supply their registered charity number.

If you would like to book a pitch for your tent, caravan/motorhome van please click on the green link and complete the form specifying the type and size of pitch required.
