Car Club Booking Application Form

Car Club bookings are different this year with pitches being available in standard pitch sizes as shown below rather than being based on number of cars. With cars varying in size and clubs having different preferences in terms of configuration and spacing between cars we are offering a range of sizes so that you can decide what suits you best.

SMALL pitch  -  12m frontage x 15m deep

MEDIUM pitch  -  24m frontage x 15m deep

LARGE pitch  -  36m frontage x 15m deep

Factors to determine your pitch size will vary from club to club but by way of an illustration, based on experience from previous years, a small pitch would accommodate 10 cars of average size with average spacing and without a gazebo. We recommend that you sketch out what works best for you and then book accordingly. Please note that if more cars attend than can fit on your booked pitch they will be directed to Single Entry area and will need to pay £10 per day per car.

Please note that applications are generally processed weekly so don't worry if you don't receive a response straight away!

Please note that it is the responsibility of each car owner to ensure that their vehicle is insured whist it is being displayed at Cars in the Park and that owners should check with their insurer that they are covered whilst exhibiting their vehicle.
