All entrants must:
hold current public liability insurance applicable to activities at the event.
agree to remove refuse to the designated area and to keep and leave the site clean
only use equipment that meets the current health and safety regulations
give consideration to other exhibitors with regard to noise and nuisance levels.
Unless agreed with the organisers, food and drink for consumption on site may not be sold
agree for health and safety reasons that there are no vehicle movements until 16.00 on each day
agree to abide by the instructions of the stewards and authorised officials at all times
agree to pay in advance (with no refund available)
confirm that they have adequate insurance in place for the duration of Cars in the Park 2010 and have relevant documents available for inspection, if required.

If you would like to apply for a pitch at Cars in the Park 2010 please complete and submit the form below. As there is free entry to the show this year the charge for the pitch is the only charge.

The price is just £10 per pitch for the whole weekend.

On receipt of your application agreeing to the terms and conditions we will acknowledge your application and issue an invoice to be settled electronically. We will then issue your permit by e-mail in good time for the event.

All campers and caravanners must:
agree to remove refuse to the designated area and to keep and leave the site clean
agree that they will not access Beacon Park until 13.00 on Friday 2nd July 2010
agree to vacate pitches by 17.00 on Sunday 4th July 2010 as after this time there will be no security services available
give consideration to other exhibitors and campers with regard to noise and nuisance levels.
